Situated in a quiet location above Hilton Imperial Hotel, this renovated two-bedroom apartment features a spacious exterior with a private pool. Overlooking St. Lawrence Fortress, the property shares an exclusive location within 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Dubrovnik.


The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a dining area with table for six, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The bedrooms glass doors open up to a balcony offering a nice sea view. The two terraces are located on either side of the house; the larger terrace has a private heated swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, a shower and a summer kitchen with built-in barbecue. The apartment does not have a private parking place. Amenities include a swimming pool, A/C, SAT-TV, LCD TV, wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.


There are two ways to reach the centre, walking down a set of stairs (200 steps), you'll find yourself at Pile gate - the main entrance to the Old Town. By walking about 5 minutes down hill (excluding steps) you can reach the middle entrance of the Old Town called Buza gate. There is a mini market, ATM, bakery and cafe located 50 meters away from the apartment, and the cable car which runs to Srđ Mountain is only a 6-7 minute easy walk away.

Extra guest costs 10 Euro per night.



*The pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests. The pool heater will not function when the air temperature is at or below 15C/59F.

 

*In respond to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 
 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

Situated a few minutes walk from the main gates to the old town (plenty of steps) easy check in. Pool is absolutely perfect! Nice bbq area and toilet by the pool, all modern. 2 bedroom with the comfiest beds, leads out onto a balcony that has views of Kings landing/ocean/City Walls. Lovely decor throughout & Views are spectacular! Big bathroom with washing machine. Lovely seating area/kitchen which leads to another terrace seated area. Fully equipped. Highly recommend a stay here. Easy access to where it’s all happening! Amazing!!!!

Best thing about this fabulous apartment is the location (207 steps from the Pile gate or up hill from the Boze gate I.e 5 minutes from the old town) The pool was great after a hot day exploring the old town. Supermarket (v basic and small) only 5 minutes walk away. Had a fantastic stay

Pool area was beautiful, fantastic location and the beds were extremely comfy. The view from the balcony is incredible.
