House Hedera is a lovely property situated in Pobrežje, on a hill above Mokošica and Rijeka dubrovačka. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy center of Dubrovnik but still within only about a 7-minute drive. This house is convenient for families or friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday in a stylish home in a rural area.

House Hedera is a modern semi-detached house on two levels that can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. It consists of 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a balcony, a private swimming pool, and parking.

The ground floor contains 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and the other with two single beds 90x200 cm that can be pushed together as a double), a bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The newly built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with a built-in BBQ and patio table for 8 is on the other side of the house.

Heading upstairs to the first floor, guests will find the third bedroom (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m² balcony with an outdoor lounge and amazing views of the sea, Gruž Harbour, and Lapad peninsula.

In addition, there is a separate bedroom and bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy for larger groups.

House Hedera has a private parking place outside.

As shops, restaurants, and beaches are not within walking distance, a car is recommended for your stay. Several rent-a-car companies are available at Dubrovnik Airport, and it is recommended to book in advance. The nearest supermarket and ATM are 2.5 km away.

House Hedera sleeps 8 (+2).
Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.

Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10 € per pet per day.
