Hedera Estate is a company established in 2007 in order to run the rental business more effectively, to set high standards in this branch and to offer our guests services they need to make their stay in Dubrovnik comfortable and enjoyable. The web-site was designed and launched in early 2008 to promote private accommodation in Dubrovnik to holiday visitors from all over the world. The properties are owned by Miovic family and friends. Clients deal directly with the company manager / owner to get the best possible service and care.

Villa Hedera and 5 apartments (Hedera A1 – A3 and Studios) are located in 3 neighboring houses and can be combined together. House Hedera is just 5 minutes’ walk from these objects so it can be included in this combination. Total capacity of Hedera Estate properties is 40 persons. They are very suitable for weddings, large families and friends.
