Presenting comfortable interior and convenient access, this new one-bedroom apartment is an ideal spot to recharge your batteries and enjoy a relaxing holiday in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers central location in Lapad-Gruz area opposite a pretty park that leads onto a walking path by the sea.

The apartment consists of one double bedroom (can be set up as a twin room on request), bathroom with shower, living room with pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. From the bedroom, glass doors open onto a sunny terrace with a seating area. The apartment does not have a private parking place, public parking is available on the street but charges apply. Amenities include A/C, SAT TV, free WI-FI, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safety box. With a combination of apartments in the same building Hedera A47, A49, A50, A51, A52 the house can accommodate a total of 12+14 guests.

Hedera A48 is located on the ground floor of a new house that consists of 6 apartments. Gruž harbor represents a peaceful and central location, opposite the apartment is a playground and a walking path by the sea that leads all the way to the Lapad peninsula. A supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest restaurant is 20 m away. The Bay of Lapad with several beaches is located 1.5 km west while Old Town is 1.5 km east, about a 15 minute walk. The bus stop is just 30 m from the property and buses run regularly in both direction.

Hedera A48 sleeps 2 (+2*) guests.


* Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa-bed in the living room.
Extra guests costs 10 Euro per person, per night.

Exactly as described, even bigger. Perfect location, staff was amazing. Ended up having coffee daily at their patio in the main office. If I make it back to the area I wouldn't stay or recommend anywhere else.

The location is goof. It's not facing to big streets so it was quiet and not far from supermarket and old city. You can go to the supermarket on foot and it takes just 5 minutes
