Hedera A9 (120sqm) is located in prestige Ploce area just above the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Offering stunning views of entire eastern side of the city with Old Town and Lokrum island as a central attraction and open sea in distance. This is a calm residential neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 10 minutes. To walk back it takes longer because of the stairs. But, as an alternative, guests can use taxi which is very cheap and costs ca. 6 EUR for 4 persons. Bus tickets for 4 cost the same. Other options are to use car or scooter as the apartment has 2 private parking places.

It is our completely new and luxurious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, large dining / kitchen / living area, 2 terraces and pool area with bar / kitchenette. The apartment has one more room with working desk and a double sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 persons.

The equipment includes air conditioning (all rooms), SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi , wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool, BBQ and parking place.

It can be combined with Hedera A8, A10, A11, A12 and Studio 3 in 2 neighboring houses to accommodate up to 37 persons.

Hedera A9 sleeps 6 (+2*).

* Possibility to accomodate additional 2 persons on the sofabed in the work room.

Extra person costs 10 Euro per person per night.
