Hedera S1 is 30sqm studio apartment furnished in the same style like A1. It consists of bathroom and double bedroom / living / dining / kitchen area in one. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate one additional adult or two children. Amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet access, heated floors, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-fi, kitchenette, combination of washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron, one parking place...

Hedera Studio 1 is located in residential part of Pile-Kono area, just 7-10 minutes walk from the Old Town. The same distance to the beach. It can be combined with apartments A1, A2 and S2 located in the same building on the same floor, next door to each other. It can also be combined with apartment Villa Hedera and Villa Hedera II - 2 neighboring properties, 50 meters away and Hedera S9 - 150 meters away. Combination of all these properties sleeps up to 40 guests.
