Hedera A12 is located in elite Ploce area. In the same house with apartments A10 and A11. Breathtaking views of the Old Town, Lokrum island and open sea is the reason why this part of Dubrovnik is one of the most popular places to stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The house is on 3 levels with one spacious apartment on each. A12 is located on ground floor, A11 on first and A10 is on second (top) floor of the house. Guests reach the house on the second floor and go down one or two flights of stairs to other two apartments. Each apartment has its own balcony and there is a large shared terrace on the roof. Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 10 minutes. But the return trip is longer because of the climbing up stairs. As an alternative, guests can use taxi which is very cheap and costs ca. 6 EUR for 4 persons. It is the same price like bus tickets for 4. Other options are to use car or scooter. These 3 apartments don't have private parking places, but there is free street parking very close. It may be difficult to find a parking place during high-season period.

Hedera A12 has 2 double bedrooms and one single with additional pull-out bed for one extra person. It has one large bathroom with massage bath tub and very spacious living / dining / kitchen area. Equipment: Air conditioning (all rooms), SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi , wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer...

It can be combined with Hedera A9, A10, A11 and Studio 3 in 2 neighboring houses to accommodate up to 30 persons.
