Our newly renovated studio (25sqm) is located in elite Ploce area. Breathtaking views of the Old Town, Lokrum island and open sea is the reason why this part of Dubrovnik is one of the most popular places to stay while visiting Dubrovnik. Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 10 minutes. But the return trip is longer because of the climbing up stairs. As an alternative, guests can use taxi which is very cheap and costs ca. 6 EUR for 4 persons. Bus tickets for 4 cost the same. Other options are to use car or scooter.

It has a gallery double bed in living area and double sofa bed to accommodate additional 2 persons. Kitchennette is sparated from the living area. Nice small terrace is at the back of the apartment. Equipment: air conditioning, SAT TV, DVD player, wireless Internet access, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and one parking place...

It can be combined with Hedera A9, A10, A11 and A12 in 2 neighboring houses to accommodate up to 30 persons.
